Frequently asked questions

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed in our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): $10 or free over $200
Express Delivery (1–2 business days): $15 flat rate
Next Day: $40 flat rate

*Please note any order placed after 3PM PST will not be processed until the following business day.

What is the return policy?

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Store credit or exchange returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must have their original tags and be unwashed and unworn.

How to start a return

Please email us at returns@734thelabel.com with your order number and item/s you'd like to return, and we will send you a shipping label.

Return Costs

All returns will incur a $5 re-stocking fee, but we will cover the shipping costs. 

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. However, we are working to change this, so please check back shortly.
